Till the writing of the Post, This Trick is working fine for me and my friends of Andhra pradesh. This is a handler Trick works with all handlers of Operamini,Ucweb,Nimbuzz etc.
First of all, create new settings on your mobile as follows:
Apn:-airtelgprs.com
proxy:-194.154.94.18
port:-80
>> save the settings.
Now, go to the handler and put Front Query as--
203.115.122.29/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/0a/http
That’s it..!! Enjoy Free Browsing..
